Christian Hurley

Christian Hurley has been working in the film business with the best cinematographers bringing 25 years of experience all the while staying on top of the advanced equipment technologies and techniques to capture the look that pops off the screen. Having collaborated with famed cinematographers like Daniel Pearl who has worked on 400+ music videos along with many feature films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974, 2003), and Matthew Libatique who was the cinematographer for Iron Man (2008), Iron Man 2 (2010), Black Swan (2010), and Cowboys and Aliens (2011) it is easy to see why Christian has gravitated to producing the best. Christian’s sharp ability as a DP has been advanced by years of him operating the technocrane and camera. His keen eye has been polished by his work in music videos, commercials, and feature films. In the Hurley household the apple didn’t fall far from the tree for his own mother, Denyse Hurley is an accomplished producer and Christian’s grandfather worked for years with Alfred Hitchcock. The torch in art direction has been passed and Christian has been carrying it for many years highlighting his way with films like The Hard Easy (2006), Water For Elephants (2011), and due out later this year InAPPropriate Comedy (2012). During the 90’s music video craze it was rare to see a music video that Christian was not involved with and even until this day he still works the technocrane for the hottest artists on the charts. With Christian’s company TCCranes and his vision, the look of any film or video is brought to life making all of production’s job that much easier.
